As a Best Hosting client, you can contact our Customer Support team 24/7 if you have any concerns about your billing, payment, or account details. If your question is not technical, please contact our Customer Service Team directly. Reasons to Contact Customer Service

You can ask our Customer Service Department for assistance on your account in several ways. We recommend that you reach out to customer support if your inquiry/concern is not of a technical sort. Customer support agents are available 24/7 to assist with matters relating to the hosting account that are not technical. Account Management Panel

Your Account Management Panel (AMP) is the system that you can log into to manage your Best Hosting account. Many self-service tasks related to billing and purchases can be completed after logging into the Account Management Panel.

Submit a Verified Ticket

Submitting a Verified Ticket

The Account Management Panel offers a Get Support page. It offers an interface to open a verified ticket to the Customer Service department. The submitted ticket entry is verified and tracked through the email address associated with your Account Management Panel.

STEP 1: Log into your Account Management Panel.

STEP 2: Click on the Get Support link from the top right corner.

STEP 3: Select the department to which you want to submit a verified ticket to e.g Billing or Support.

STEP 4: Enter the subject of your email/ticket in the Subject field.

For example: “ID Request”

STEP 5: Select the Related Service from the drop-down menu if you have more than one service from Best Hosting.

STEP 6: In the Message field, enter the details of your inquiry to our Support Team.

For example: “I recently purchased a hosting subscription and was advised to submit my ID and credit card used. Attached are the requested documents to confirm my purchase. Thank you for your help!”

STEP 7: OPTIONAL: Click the CHOOSE FILE button, if you need to attach a file or document.

In our example, a copy of the credit card and ID should be attached using this feature.

STEP 8: Click the SUBMIT button to send your verified ticket into Customer Service.

Submitting a Verified Ticket from Email

If you are unable to log into your Account Management Panel, you can also create a ticket by emailing us directly. To submit a Customer Service ticket this way, send an email to our customer care email address.

Launch a Live Chat

Our Customer Service Team is also available 24/7 through live chat. You can initiate a chat session by clicking on the Support Chat link in the bottom right corner of the Best Hosting Account Management Panel. Follow the steps below to complete the Chat Launch form.

STEP 1: Below Please select the most appropriate department, select Billing / Customer Service (24/7) from the drop-down menu.

STEP 2: Enter your name as it appears on your account in the Your name field.

STEP 3: Enter the email address associated with your account in the field labeled Your email.

STEP 4: The last field can be used to specify additional details regarding your inquiry.

For example: Can you add domain privacy to my domain example.com and then also cancel the domain registration for example.net?

STEP 5: Click on the Launch Chat button and the next available Customer Service Representative will be with you shortly.
